1.  Top Dollar is paid for quality phones. To obtain this, each cell phone must be in "LIKE NEW" condition. That means it should have extremely light to no signs of use, and minimal call duration timer. Each phone's physical condition must be aesthetically appealing. If your phone is NOT LIKE NEW, we will still take it, but the amount paid will be scaled down based on cosmetics and functionality. We will contact you via e-mail with the new offer based on the following grade rating system. We use a grade A-F percentage to value scale for all phones, A grade 90% - 100%, B grade 80% - 89% C grade 70%-79% D grade up to 60-69 Grade F is considered parts phones and repair model handset value from 10% - 50% of value depending on the repair. If you send a phone that is 1) broken beyond repair, 2)Severe internal water damage 3) reported lost or stolen, or 4) has a balance on the account,  it will not be paid on at all and will become the property of campuscellrecycler.com.   All phones are inspected for water, correct serial numbers  and shield damage prior to payout, water damage or shield damage will only be paid at the casing value, No Exceptions. Phones that have been tampered with, or repaired with non OEM parts will have parts value Only.  To receive top dollar for the handset all OEM equipment must accompany the phone, ie OEM Battery, OEM Charger, OEM Microsd, USB adapter,etc. (Headsets OEM or aftermarket have no value used, please do not include them)

2. All phones must power up and the cell phone must be able to make a 611 test call, *unless noted as a repair or parts phone.

3. When you ship your phone(s), make sure they are packed well so that upon arrival they will not be crushed or otherwise damaged from shipping. We do not accept liability associated with damaged merchandise sent to us. Shipping expences are reimbursed for current model phone, and D grade and higher models. Standard Shipping expece only is reimbursed, we do not reimburse handling fees or packaging fees or air delivery fees.

4. All phones are checked for Lost,Stolen, or Bad Account status, if you knowingly are attempting to sell fraudulent equipment; it will be reported to proper authorities.

5. PHONES WITH SIM CARDS DO NOT NEED TO BE RELEASED OR HAVE A ZERO BALANCE. All others MUST be released and have a zero account balance. By accepting payment offer you are releasing all interest in the phone and releasing ownership to CampusCellRecyler.com Phones that have not been released and carry an unpaid balance may be returned, but at owners expense 8.00 per phone (to include shipping and rejection fees).

6. Each cell phone must have valid and verifiable IMEI or ESN Serial Number. That means we will not accept a phone that is missing the serial number sticker inside or is scratched off of blotted out or in the wrong casing, if you have used an aftermarket casing for your phone it will hold parts value only.

7. Phone(s) that arrive with non-working batteries, or water damaged batteries, will be accepted but a battery replacement fee ($20.00 for non PDA phones and $30.00for PDA phones) will be deducted from your phone(s) purchase price, phones with aftermarket batteries will be charged $10.00 for non PDA phones and $20.00 or PDA phones which will be deducted from the price of the phone. For faster turn around time, please make sure phone(s) are fully charged before sending.

8. Please include a valid email address, return address, check payable to, and  contact information with each order. Payments will not be issued to return addresses. CampusCellRecycler.com will not track down contact information, please ensure you have proper contact information prior to shipping or send an email letting me know the tracking information.

9. If the value of the phone is determined to be less than the list price, you will recieve an email with the current offer on the handset. You will have 3 days within to respond to the new offer. After 3 days the offer will be considered accepted and processed at the new value. If you do not agree with the value and would like to have the handset returned you may request the RA and pay the shipping and handling fee to return the phone. The return phone charge is 8.00 per phone. Please note, I will not return lost or stolen handsets, they will be returned to insurance company.

10. While all phones are reset to factory settings prior to resale, please erase all personal infromation prior to sending your phone.

11. All prices are good for 15 days from the date of shipping, and will be honored at the value at the pricelist for that time frame. Orders are subject to the current price based on date of receipt. If the order is received outside the 15 day and there has been a price chane they will become subject to whatever is the current price for that particular model, whether it increases or decreases, without exception. Prices are subject to change depending on the current market value of the phone, Service Provider,  in it's received cosmetic, and functionality condition.

12. Please note that certain Service Providers have no value and will be considered donation or parts phones. Most pre-paid phones are locked out and have not value other than parts, as with most regional or local providers the phones will have no value to parts at the most. If you are unsure of the service provider please send a email to admin@campuscellrecycler.com  

13. Please be as accurate with the information on each handset as possible, if you know the condition is defective, please inform us with shipment, phones that are shipped with false information or under false pretenses will be considered fraudulent activity and become property  campuscellrecycler.com and will be parted out in an effort to recover expenses.

14. Shipping expences are reimbused for Current List Value phones only, and do not include any handling or processing fees. If you send phones that are not on the list, are older, or do not meet buying requirements you will not be reimbursed for the shipping without prior written consent.

15. "FOR FUNDRAISERS AND LARGER ORDERS"  Your orders will be handled to the same requirments, however you do not need to verify all the information prior to shipping, I will give you a value based on the entire order and verify all infromation. So just collect them and ship them I will do the rest. You will not be held responsible for shipping bad handsets.

16. Buy shipping your handsets to CampusCellRecycler you are releasing ownership of handset(s) and have read and understand all the terms of this aggreement. Please do not expect A value pricing for a D rated phone, if you have any questions please email prior to shipping. Once I receive the order, I will process it based on your understanding of the terms and agreements.

CampusCellRecycler.com  RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Once your phone(s) are recieved into our warehouse you will be notified based on the time tables listed on line 2 and 3

2. Meeting minimal requiments, 1-3  phones 3 days, 4-15 phones 7 days, 16-30 phones 11 days, 31+ phones 15 days.

3. Parts phones and repair model please are up to 15 days, faster turn around for phones that are listed with problems.

4. Payments will be issued once the entire order is processed, to speed up payment options you may choose to not have the repair or parts model phones valued, and request payment for working models only.

5. No matter how many phones you submit, we treat each phone as though it has it's own contract. Therefore, if you send more than one phone and one of them is in less than acceptable condition, all the others will proceed as originally designated and the processing of the rejected/reduced phone(s) will stop. We will submit an email to you indicating the reason for it's rejection along with the following reason codes D1 No offer to buy or D2) a Percentage to list value will be offered. You will have the opportunity to review our second offer and accept or reject it. If you accept, your order will continue processing. If you reject it, you will be required to pay for return shipping and handling associated with the processing of your order. The return fee is a flat $8.00 per phone  and includes all postage, tracking, and labor involved in acquiring and processing.  We will allow you THREE (3) days to make that decision. If we do not hear back from you within 72 Hours we will assume that the Adjusted Percentage to Value offer is accepted and the order will continue to be processed at the adjusted purchase price. 

6. We process several 100's of phones per month, if you do not send your contact infromation with the order your order will be considered a donation. You have the right to appeal the status with proof of shipment, and proper indentification for the order. CampusCellRecycler will not attempt to track down contact information.

These terms and conditions are here to protect both the buyer (us) and the seller (you). It holds each of us to certain responsibilities to ensure that a fair and equitable practice is engaged. Submission of your package constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. My goal is to continue earning your business for future opportunities, I will do everything in my power to ensure your payments are received within the time frame provided. This aggreement is to "WEED OUT" the potential fraudulent people, to ensure long term success for your program and mine.
